Fact: Nicotine addiction creates stress, and withdrawal symptoms can make anxiety worse over time.

Myth: "It’s too late to quit—damage is already done."

Fact: The body starts healing as soon as you quit! Within 20 minutes, heart rate drops; within a year, heart disease risk decreases.
